Dale has more than 30 years industry experience, starting his career in the automotive sector designing robotic assembly cells and assembly fixtures. He then moved to aerospace, where highlights include:

• Airbus UK, designing wing leading edge mechanisms.
• Bombardier Canada, integrating structures & systems, and leading teams in flight test.
• AeroTEC, Seattle, where he was CTO, leading next generation powertrain experimental programs, STCs, digital transformation and sharpening business execution skills.
• Applied CAx, where Dale managed many of the aerospace accounts, helping deploy Siemens DISW solutions into aerospace environments and workflows.

Dale’s understanding of the design and simulation realm as it relates to industry, coupled with strong business acumen, deep knowledge of the technology sector and the application of AI, allow him to rapidly converge on the optimal end solution in complex environments.
